Virat Kohli is a famous Indian cricketer, was born on 5th Nov. 1988 in Delhi into a Punjabi family. His father whose name is Prem Nath Kohli was a criminal lawyer and his mother was a housewife whose name was Saroj Kohli. Virat Kohli’s early life was spent in Uttam Nagar.

He started his journey by playing west Delhi Cricket academy at a very early age of around 9 years and gained fame through his ability. His first Class debut wat at 19 years of old for Delhi in 2006 and his performance led his selection in Under 19 World Cup 2008
His ODI and T20 came in the year 2008 against Sri Lanka in August and T20 debut against West Indies in December.
From there onward he was unstoppable to gaining his ICC First Cricketer Of the Year in 2017 & 2018
and many more award Like Arjuna Awards in 2013, Padma Shri in 2016, and Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna awards in 2018
